Pretty decent food and very nice staff! Both food and drink were good, but not a place I'd be rushing to go back to. Good for a quick bite!

Secretly took pictures as photography is not allowed here. Firstly, not a fan of toast and secondly, u don’t get much choices during breakfast but… End up we had 2 servings of the toast. It’s a simple yet toasted to near perfection. Crisp and soft, almost out of this world. As for the coffee, thumbs up!! That old school aromatic coffee. Too bad we are leaving Morioka today. Will definitely be back here again just for the toast.

All I can say is please ask permission before you take photos anywhere inside these bespoke unique places in Japan. It’s a western assumption that we all want to be made famous. First time tourists rarely have the insight to give any place 5 stars. But yes. It’s nice. And worth time to drop in particularly after a hectic morning. You’ll return for the atmosphere.

Incredible toast sandwhiches and great coffee. Didn't managed to try the apple pie that various others raved about as it was sold out by the time we visited. Service was great despite ourselves not being able to speak a shred of Japanese. Google translate's camera function is your friend. This family(?)-run restaurant takes proper pride in the food they serve. Be polite and respectful - as you should be in general visiting this country - and you'll have a fantastic experience.

Good coffee, particularly the homemade apple pie. Highly recommend. We love apple pie. It's light and the apple tastes really good.
